1. Overview
The 30KV power frequency spark machine is a professional instrument for testing insulation and leak detection, suitable for online insulation detection of wires and cables. It can detect defects such as pinholes, air gaps, cracks, etc. that are not visible to the naked eye in the insulation cover layer of wires and cables. It has defect recording, sound and light alarm, and trigger relay control to stop the wire collection system.

　　4. Pre use inspection
1. Power input 220V, ground wire
2. Confirm safe grounding
3. Adjust the center height
4 Turn on the power regulating potentiometer to zero, adjust the required high voltage value after normal production, and use the ground wire to detect whether the alarm is normal within a certain time
5. After the machine alarms, it is in the automatic reset state
When the machine alarms manually, press the reset button to return the high voltage to the original set value
Please do not touch the test cable during the testing process!
　　5. MaintenanceEnsure long-term cleanliness of the body and regularly check the glossiness of the copper beads.
Please replace the copper ball and guide wheel immediately if they are damaged.
Fault and solution: No alarm when testing cable defects
Either side of the tested cable must maintain communication with the series ground wire
B high voltage needs to be adjusted to above 1000V
C body series grounding wire
Is the high-voltage line connection between the upper and lower boxes correct
(2) No high voltage output
A fuse is blown
Is the high voltage indicator light on when starting high voltage
The lid on the upper box is not properly closed
After starting, the relay inside the electrical box does not work

(3) The above problems are all normal. If any of the above problems occur, the electronic control board needs to be checked
(4) After starting the high voltage, it is in an alarm state. Check the high voltage transformer
